Making use of the remainder of the radish from the Radish Top Pesto, this salad is crisp, summery and a great side dish to grilled chicken, pork or Halloumi. We used a flavored salt with this dish to give it a different flavor dimension. The salt used was Flor De Sal D’es Tranc Orange, flavored with orange zest. We are trying to find a supplier to sell it in our store, so in the meantime, we suggest trying a flavored salt of your choosing
